Three types of shipping service are available to you within the contiguous 48 States:

• Ground Service , which will, most likely, be UPS and takes 4 to 7 business days.
• Air Service which could be USPO Priority Mail service, UPS Blue or FedEX Saver. Any of them take 2 to 3 business days.
• Express Air , which could be Fed Ex, UPS Red, or USPO Express Mail. All of them say overnight, or one business day. However, it could take two days. It's expensive, but if you want it, it's available.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will only go Air Service or Express Air service. Figure time in route to be 3 to 4 days and 2 to 3 days respectively.

Shipments to Canada will go Ground Service , Air Service or Express Air . Times enroute are approximately 4 to 7, 3 to 5 days and 2 to 3 days respectively. These times are usually to point of entry to the country. There may be additional time required from there to final destination. You are responsible for duty, taxes and brokerage fees and they will probably be collected by the carrier at time of delivery.

Shipments to all other countries can only go Express Air .

Please note that shipping weights include packaging materials. So, the shipping weight of most items is approximately one pound more than the actual weight of the item.

Most of the items in our electronic catalog are shipped from our West Columbia, SC location. However, we do arrange for drop shipping when it's in your best interest. That's when we have distributors and manufacturers ship direct to you. By doing so we can keep the cost of the product low for you, be able to offer a wider range of product, and assure that you get the latest version the manufacturer has available.

We strive to ship the same day we receive your order from our West Columbia, SC location, and we do that 98% of the time. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee our suppliers will ship those orders we send to them for shipment to you the same day they receive them.

If an order will be delayed more than Two days, we'll notify you immediately. We do not charge your card until the day of shipment or the day of order placement in the case of drop shipping. If the drop-shipment will be delayed we will notify you and give you opportunity to cancel the order.

If your order has more than one item it's possible that the order may come to you in more than one package and from more than one source.

Credit card companies require us to get your credit card billing address as well as your shipping address. If your credit card billing address is a post office box be sure to give us a street address for shipping. Always include a street address with your order. Some shipments cannot be made to post office boxes.

You must include a daytime telephone number with your order. The telephone numbers are for us to contact you if necessary about your order and for our shippers to use if there is a delivery problem. Be assured that we do not sell our customers' telephone numbers.

Our listed estimated shipping charges are based on the average shipping weight of an order. Some heavier items will have a higher shipping cost than the estimate listed below. Note: We do not take a profit on shipping charges. We charge the actual cost of shipping plus a small amount for packaging and pick-up charges.

Shipping insurance charges will be added to the rates below for all orders. The USPO insurance charge is about $.85 per $50 value. The UPS charge is $.35 per $100 after the first $100 which is included in their shipping rate.

Shipping costs are dependant upon weight and distance shipped.
We charge only the cost of packing materials and shipping and make no profit on it.

United States, U.S. Territories, and APOs/FPOs

• Ground Service : $4.25 for up to 1 pound, $7.00 for over one and up to 4 pounds, and $.50 for each additional pound over 4 pounds. Expect 4 - 7 business days shipping time. This service is available to the 48 contiguous states.

• Priority Air Service: $4.25 for up to 1 pound, and $1 to $2 per pound over one pound. For example 10 pounds to Ohio will cost $13, 10 pounds to California will cost $20. Expect 2 - 3 business days shipping time.

• Express Air: $19.00 for up to 2 pounds, $22.00 for 2 - 3 pounds plus $3 for each additional pound. Expect up to 2 business days shipping time.

• Express Air: (Outside the contiguous 48 states and to U.S. Territories and APOs/FPOs ) same price except expect 2 - 3 business days shipping time.
